These creamy, chocolatey keto fat bomb mousse cakes are decadent and have an awesome coconut twist. If you like coconut rough chocolate then you are sure to like these. They are guaranteed to satisfy any chocolate craving and one of the nicest ways I have found to increase my fat intake at 93% fat and about 2.5 net carbs per serving.

Low Carb Coconut Chip Cookies
These cookies are a great addition to anyone’s rotation of desserts. The coconut and cacao nibs add a fantastic crunchy, chewy, texture. These cookies have plenty of micronutrients, including magnesium which is a fantastic natural way to combat chocolate cravings.
Keto Coconut Cream Pies
I usually never have a sweet tooth, but today it was out in full force. I was craving coconut cream pie… badly! I didn’t want to make a whole pie, so I figured making individual sizes in ramekins would be best and they turned out amazing.
Coconut Raspberry Slice
A delicious keto treat which is perfect for summer! This coconut raspberry slice has the fresh flavors of coconut and raspberry on a crunchy biscuit base – all topped with a crisp layer of dark chocolate! It feels very indulgent but comes in at under 4 net carbs a slice. The high fat content will leave you satisfied and the natural sweetness of the coconut and raspberry shines through so it’s a great sweet treat.
Tropical Chocolate Mousse Bites
The ultimate indulgent Keto chocolate treat has arrived! This is chocolate with a delectable rich mousse center. I rate these up there with the finest chocolatiers, except they are very much keto friendly. The mousse mix has a hint of lemon and coconut which gives a bit of freshness to the rich chocolate but you can choose to leave these out if you wish.
Flourless Keto Brownies
Keto baking can be tough when a recipe calls for ingredients that you may or may not have access to. Sure, if you’ve been keto for a little while you may have a stockpile of approved flours and additives but what do you do when you run out or if you don’t have quite enough almond flour and you are craving a fudgy brownie? You pull out this simple and satisfying recipe for keto brownies that uses only basic ingredients!
Lemon Cupcakes with Raspberry Frosting
These lemon cupcakes are like summer in your mouth! Bursting with fresh and tangy lemon flavor, these eye-catching treats are topped with elegant swirls of sweet raspberry cream cheese frosting. The fitting combination makes for a heavenly summer dessert fit for any occasion. These tantalizing cupcakes are so light and flavorful that no one will guess that they’re ketogenic!
Matcha Skillet Souffle
This sweet breakfast treat for one will brighten your morning! The Matcha Skillet Souffle is a sweetened whipped omelet with green matcha, bright raspberries, plus a drizzle of chocolate and a dollop of whipped cream.
Christmas Wreath Meringue
A great “do-ahead” holiday dessert for you and your family to enjoy! Fashioned to resemble a Pavlova, the absence of sugar inhibits the meringue to crisp up. Instead, this meringue dessert holds its shape, firm to the touch, yet almost like marshmallow in taste and texture.
Instant Pot Matcha Cheesecake
This Instant Pot matcha cheesecake is for those of you who want to eat cheesecake, but don’t want to fuss with the process of making it. It’s best if you make this the day ahead, but I’m not going to lie – I’ve eaten this warm, almost directly out of the pressure cooker and it was still great.
Crisp Meringue Cookies
This dessert is an airy treat. Sweet meringue cookies melt in your mouth, with a touch of almond flavor and almost no carbs per cookie. You can quickly whip up a batch of these when you are in the mood for something sweet, but don’t want to use up too much of your daily macros.
Salted Toffee Nut Cups
Before I get to the nitty gritty of how mind-blowingly tasty these are, let’s talk about trying to make toffee out of fake sugar. Basically, it’s not easy.
Speculoos and Macadamia Biscotti
I particularly love the fragrant smell of spices. It reminds me of Christmas! A family favorite is speculoos, a Belgian crispy spiced cookie that is addictively good. Heard of cookie butter? Biscoff? That’s speculoos.
Strawberry Rhubarb Swirl Ice Cream
This strawberry rhubarb swirl ice cream is the perfect way to cool off this summer! Luxurious strawberry rhubarb sauce is swirled into creamy vanilla ice cream to create this crowd-pleasing dessert. If you make this ice cream, be prepared for it to disappear quickly—it always does in my house!
Keto Sansrival
Sansrival is a Filipino classic – crispy, chewy, meringue layered with French buttercream and cashew nuts. Translates to, “without rival.” Aptly so, as this is hands down a crowd favorite.
Keto Flan
Custard is a new favorite of mine, and I can’t believe how EASY it is to make! There are different ways to make it too. Adding whole eggs to a custard base will make it hold its form… If you just use egg yolks, it will have the consistency of pudding, which is excellent for a creme brulee.
Toffee Nut Cake Donuts
I have been seeing beautiful donut creations all over Instagram lately and it’s been inspiring me to make some ornate donuts that are keto friendly! I am a firm believer that food should look as good as it tastes. I’ve been on a toffee nut kick so I decided to make a simple vanilla cake donut. Then I decorated it with sweet and salty toffee nuts, and a healthy dose of low-carb dark chocolate coating. I added a touch of coconut because it’s pretty and it tastes good. It’s a win-win! But the coconut is optional so feel free to leave it out.
Keto Raspberry Ice Cream
Who doesn’t love ice cream? True, there are a number of keto friendly frozen treats that are now available at the grocery store, but this recipe is too simple and too delicious to pass up.
Caramel Creme Brulee
The other day I was planning on making a delicious ‘creme caramel’ but also wanted to try and make creme brulee. You may wonder what the difference is. Creme caramel is a custard with a caramel sauce. The custard is made with whole eggs, allowing it to be firm enough to stand on its own. Creme brulee is a custard made with egg yolks. While it’s thick, you’d have to leave it inside a ramekin. So I figured I’d make a mix of the two. A creme brulee with a caramel bottom.
Almond Roll with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Filling
Low carb and gluten free, this almond roll with pumpkin cream cheese filling is a spin everyone’s fall favorite – pumpkin spice! The cake is modeled after joconde, a foam-based sponge made with almond flour and whole eggs. To make the cake lighter, this recipe calls for just the egg whites. Note that because of the absence of gluten, the cake will be prone to cracking when rolling — patience and a bit of filling shmeared on the outside will cover up any imperfections!
